I think of this one as the Zipper. Though admittedly, “un-zipper” is probably more accurate but sounds less cool. It is a narrow and stiff bladed boning knife with a straight spine. I beefed up the handle from previous iterations, and the chines, or facets, on this particular one should improve the grip.
