This knife represents my current standard Western Classic shape- my take on a good all-around mid-sized chef’s knife with traditional lines. The grind is thin convex, with a fine point, and a belt finish. The handle is walnut that was sourced locally and has been stabilized. A little more about the steel, RWL34:
